Small Orders (below 50 grams)

A small order typically consists of items such as 5 pairs of earrings, with a combined weight of less than 50 grams.

Returning Small Orders

You will be required to return the items in the same condition as received, including any invoices. The customer must first ship the product back to Thailand, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. We will then inspect the product and, if the return is approved, we will proceed with sending replacements or processing a refund.

Big Orders (above 50 grams)

Big orders typically contain large quantities of multiple designs, totaling above 50 grams.

Returning Big Orders

For large orders, returning items can incur significant transport and tax fees. Therefore, we do not recommend it. Additionally, we cannot guarantee acceptance of every return for big orders, as each case is evaluated individually to ensure fairness and satisfaction. Please contact us at support@thailandhandicrafts.com to discuss alternatives. We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, but we will not cover the costs for returning and sending new items, as it really depends on the case.
